Networking was fixed by tweaking Miami.

* Amithlon, from Opus Logon to "Workbench:" 13 seconds.
Reboots:
* UAE, from reboot to Opus Logon: 21 seconds.
* UAE, from Opus Logon to "Workbench:" 30 seconds.
* Amithlon, from reboot to Opus Logon: 13 seconds.
