Pins on AmigaOne Mainboard?

What is the pin-out on the AmigaOne mainboard? I have just put my AmigaOne in her new case and no way to turn it on:-( Can someone help.

 I've just looked at the PX mainboard from terrasoft, and every connector seems to be the usual ATX industri standard. If you can't get A1 to start up, you might have connected the IDE/floppy/... cables the wrong way. Then the PSU refuses to start up, because it senses a short circuit in the power chain.
 I recommend that you unplug everything, except the GFX card and the mainboard power cable. This will minimize the possibility of any mishaps done by you, and it will check if the PSU and mainboard is able to startup. Give me some feedback, and I will assist you further.. if needed :-)

Warning!!!
ATX motherboards are always live!!!
pull power plug when removing cards, memory or jumpers otherwise you run the risk of frying your motherboard. I know many a PC user who has made this mistake and let the blue smoke out of his /her motherboard.

JP1: on/off power switch
JP3:IDE Hard Disk LED
J9A1: header for USB 2&3
JP14,JP15 cooling fan connectors
JP18: reset switch
JP13 changes between FSB 100 or 133 (2-1 133FSB) (2-3 100FSB)
thats all you need to know
if you get a black screen after turning the unit on try setting the FSB to 100
(if your computer only works in 100FSB you need different ramalso try running with only one stickof ram first )

be carful the some of the jumpers on the motherboard control voltages to the chips don't mess with them

ohh the clock multiplier for the PPC chip is j1:

1100 =1.0
1011 =2.0
1111 =2.5
0111 =3.0
0001 =3.5
0101 =4.0
1000 =4.5
0100 =5.0
0110 =5.5
0010 =6.0
1010 =6.5
1101 =7.0
1110 =7.5
0011 =8.0


so if you change the FSB to 100
set the clock mutltiplier to 6.0
6 x 100 = 600mhz
4.5 x 133 = 600mhz (yes i know the math comes to 598)

i would of thought it was pretty much typical of ATX motherboards in general!
you shouldnt be mucking around with an amigaone unless you have experience with IBM-PC ATX motherboards at least IMHO

Yes, I have had the problem myself sometimes, computers like stuff plugged in a specific way... sometimes they will not start if you do it wrong.

Thanks for the help!!! That got me much further... I am running 133 ram and all of the settings are correct for that ram. The computer did nothing with two stick of memory. I took one out and the grapics card showed up (Voodoo3000 3 AGP). Now I only have a curser. Please help?!

Why are you asking here? The help is on the A1 G3/G4 Dev list. You should have been subscribed to the list when you ordered your board. Your questions have all been answered on that forum and are in the archives. If you're not already subscribed, get your dealer to sign you up immediately (as he should have done
before).

Cool have you tryed to overclock the board ?
Was it stable ?
I knows its against the warranty but who'd be
able to prove it if it did go wrong eventually.

So using  the 133.33 Mhz FSB it maybe possible to
clock the G4 boards, with extra cooling  to....


x6.5..... 866 Mhz
x7.0..... 933 Mhz
x7.5..... 1000 Mhz
x8.0..... 1066 Mhz

A possible 25% increase in speed
Same as percentage as taking a 060 from 50Mhz to 66Mhz

Acording to this the 7451 only "naturally" scales to 667Mhz, am I wrong when I'm assuming that the proccesors Eyetech are getting are overclocked?
And in analogy with this the current line of 7455 that Apple uses are overclocked with 42%, no?

Hmm, I want to be on that list. Anyone else who have preordered from GGS-Data in sweden that has ended up on that list?
