Just tried Aminet and it's sending a 404 Missing....

It's back up and running when I checked this morning...looks like it was down...I don't recall seeing anything for 4/11...

We ran into problems while updating the Linux distribution used on the server. Everything should be working fine again.

Why not build some redundancy into the service, with multiple webservers and database server instances?

It's already up again, it's just that SSL is not working yet and I have to wait for the server admin to fix that. He's down with a fever, so no ETA. You can access it via HTTP in the meantime.

Just FYI in my case using http just redirects to https.
But this works: https://www.amiga-news.de/
