Hi guys! Glad to see amiga.org still going strong. It was a fave site to visit a while back. :)
I've resurrected my AmigaForever software from 1999 and am wondering how to get the Amiga emulation to use the net? I'm using E-UAE 0.86 and Hi-Toro on a G5 Dual Core tower.
I can't find any bsdsocket or whatever Cloanto references on their web site. Would a demo download of Miami or AmiTCP work?
Thanks in advance.

For one thing you can download version 8.28 of EUAE (http://www.rcdrummond.net/uae). If it's any indication of how EUAE works, WinUAE has BSDSocket.library emulation built right in to the emulator so you shouldn't need an Amiga TCP stack.

Oops, I mean to say 8.28. It comes with the libraries eh? I'ill check.

On WinUAE there is a switch you have to set in the configuration to make the BSDSocket emulation work.

I found bsdsocket.library in the companion SDL library installation archive. This prevents AmiIRC and IBrowse from complaining about no stack being available, but there's still no connection.
How do I configure DHCP settings or whatever?

I found the setting and it works now! Thanks so much!
