The Amigos has done a video of it side by side with the original Amiga version.  :)

This is a thing of beauty and a technological marvel. There is no way the CPC was used to its potential during the duration of its commercial life. This would have been a game changer back in the day and could have sunk the Spectrum IMHO.

Maybe the CPC version could be back ported to the Atari ST now? ;-)

Would this run on the same Amstrad my friend had when I was a kid with the tape drive built in? If so this must be some sort of magic happening here. Mind you, I was always impressed with the Amstrad.

It's disk only, I don't like the horizontal interlace (although it probably looks better on a crt).

The magic is the scrolling, except it's not really magic. It's just careful programming of the 6845 video controller. I don't believe it's a new concept either, people were doing 6845 tricks in the old days as well.

Yes disk only.
3" 3.5"(parados) and M4 disk image.
It also needs 128K.

Youtube comments...always a laugh. They're falling out over C64 vs Amstad.  ::)
