MorphOS is a stand-alone OS for power architecture; it doesn't run on x86/64 machines.  You can certainly download the archive on any system including one running Windows, but all you can do is look at the files.  You can't install or run anything.

MorphOS it's a full stand-alone operating system. You can't run it over any other operating system, not on Windows and not on Mac OS X.

It runs on several PPC machines, including certain Mac models too.

There's a list of compatible hardware here.

http://www.morphos.de/hardware

The cheapest and most powerful hardware is used PowerPC based Apple Mac computers.

Since the 1047 model PowerMac is supported I did an Ebay search you.  The most powerful computer is 2.7Ghz model which costs £139.95 with free postage and There's also 2Ghz and 2.5Ghz models for under £100 also with free postage and the option to have it delivered to your local Argos store for collection.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_odkw=powermac+g5&LH_PrefLoc=1&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xpowermac+g5+1047.TRS0&_nkw=powermac+g5+1047&_sacat=0

Only Radeon and not GeForce video cards are supported in MorphOS.  The listing for 2.7Ghz PowerMac says it has a Radeon 9650.  If you chose to buy one of the other system and the listing doesn't state which video card it has then ask them to avoid frustration.

Not yet, the emulation isn't compatible enough at the moment.
