If the two were based on the same source code then UAE4All would be slower.
The PSP has a 333MHz MIPS R4K and the GP2x has 250MHz ARM9, no contest.
Neither should be able to run at full speed (Hell the 733MHz Intel Celeron XBox struggles at times)
From what I can tell:
UAE4all = UAE 0.8.22
PSPUAE = E-UAE 0.8.29-WIP3
As you can see the UAE4ALL version is based on source about 4 years OLDER than PSPUAE.
During that period the compatibility has gone up INCREDIBLY but the CPU overhead has also gone up.
Anyone have both?
I have PSPUAE, give me a game and I'll give you a frame rate with zero frame skip.
