Umax astra 1220s/blizzard scsi

Hi i have a Umax astra 1220 s scsi scanner now im very new to scsi so what leads do i need to wire it?the i got with it were a 50pin on one side and 25pin on the other.I have scan quix 5 which supports it ive never used the scsi interface yet i only have a memory simm in it.

You'll need the corect cable to connect from your scsi interface to the scanner, and then a terminator, unless the scanner has one built in.

scsi terminator?is that the little weird box adaptor thing i got with it>tha plugs in the back of the scanner?

Yeah, I should think so, all tou have to do is slap the terminator on the end of the scsi chain  ;-)

p.s. I sorted the roms  ;-)  I'm a master with a soldering iron
