AmiNet: very difficult to contact

I've sent them mails with a question at aminet@aminet.net a couple of times, but no response so far. :confused:
Does anyone know a better way to reach them?

I'm part of the Aminet team. I was pretty sure we have fixed all email related problems, I'll recheck.
