Well, that's it...just got back from the dump.
-
That is a realy nice setup.
Why on earth would you part with that?
-
No room, I am going to be living in an RV.
I will still have my A1200 8)
-
you are at some point going to regret parting with it ;) :D

No room, I am going to be living in an RV.
Wow, good luck! My wife and I would love to be able to downsize enough to do that someday. Seems like the hardest part around my area is just finding somewhere to park one. Stupid Washington DC / Northern Virginia area; restrictions on tiny homes, RV communities, etc., are very tight. All the greedy developers around here want to do is build more >$500k McMansions. :'(
-
I'd love to get it but too Far East of you.
-
Yea, agree to that. If i only could get my sweatty palms on that....
Id love to know the mainboard revision though :D
And i'd be happy to pay shipping :D:D:D

Price drop.
If it's not sold in a couple weeks, it will be going to the same place my video toaster, PAR card and Kitchen sync went, the recycling pile.
If you are interested, send me an email, I don't check the forum very often.

Nice set up but the problem is you are in Canada and only offer local pick up. So I suspect these items will hit the trash bin soon.
Too bad.

Your right, but the problem is not that I am in Canada, there are literally 10 million people within a 2 hour drive of me, the problem is that this stuff isn't worth the s**t it's made of anymore.
I have half a dozen locals who will "take" it, but they won't give you dime one for it, it's pretty depressing.
-
Have you thought to split it and ship parts to people that need them? For example, I would be interested for the 112mb ram expansion and the flicker fixer, depending the price.
It would be really pity to throw them away. Instead of that, it would be better to ship them to someone that would pay the transfer cost.
-
I just got an offer through my Craigslist ad from a guy in Vancouver, he offered me $100 for everything!, but wait, it gets better, he said he doesn't have a car and could I deliver it!
Let's see, Hope to Vancouver = 2 hours each way (with some of the worst traffic in North America) plus $100 in gas??
The recycling is 10 minutes away??
Decisions...decisions
-
Better than throwing it on the dump is put it on fleabay.
U might find a local canadian who will pick it up. Or you could give the poor miggy a new home and decide to ship it.
-
Don't dump any of it! People will want it, sell it online. Even though the shipping maybe hefty for some of it, some one will probably take it from you, even if you split it.
Spud :o
