Oh yeah Zeewolf! That was an excellent game! Genetic Species was ok, but I wouldn't say it was great.

@orange

Dang!  I was just playing Traps&treasures last night!  love the way that game was made............its so...........so, video gamey :-)

I like the sounds and everything and the fact the the intor is all Overscan. the game feals kind of complete.

I L-O-V-E  Ruff N Tumble.......absoltely amazing game. Shame about the slugish frame rate, but nevertheless looks awesome.

CD32 is actually the best Amiga ever made by Commodore!...

I'm not too keen on remakes, but warblade was made by Edgar vigdal....the man himself who made the original deluxe galaga......and he has done a tremendous job!

its the same game with new features and wonderous graphics, playability is still top notch although it feels a little easier than the original.

I reccomend all DG fans to try the pc version...and lose more hours of your life  :lol:

I don't think the original The Settlers ever got ported anywhere. The latest versions were non-Amiga, though. :-/

Didn't a lot of Amiga games get released on that Atari thing at the same time, too? I don't think there were really any Amiga exclusive games at all until after Commodore went bankrupt because after then, what you got were games made by people in their basements that didn't seem to get released in a box on a shelf, but online only.

Anyhoo, it never got released anywhere I hear, but I played the Zeewolf II demo thing and that was pretty good.

My friend had a PC... and he had a DOS version of Settlers.

Actually it's Zeewolf 2 that I have not Zeewolf... but it's still a great game and one that would probably do well now on modern platforms

Chaos Engine Remakes and other games of this type always suck!

You know why?  they always try to make them3D wich ruins the look...

perfect examples....StreetFighter EX.....what major crap!

but look at the new StreetFighter 4!  they went back to 2D but super enhanced Sprites.

Thats what Chaos Engine needs and SpeedBall 2

Speedball for Playstation is Garbage. The look is not the same nor the feel. I bought it and returned it.

@leirbag28
Street Fighter 4 has 3D graphics, it's just played out on a 2D plane.

Yes, that era spawned such classics as "Droidwars5"
and the hugely popular "2Decide" modular strategy game,
and gave birth to the multipurpose franchise
starting with "watchNplay",
and began the revolutionary
fileshare multiplayer technology
when "Secrecy" was put on aminet.

Those are my second favourite
amiga exclusive games.

It was those games that really
boosted the amiga community
into the 400 million users it has today.

Hopelessly addicted to the world\'s best strategy game.
