I found this really interesting, it seems that every MorphOsfan is more interested Os4 than MorphOs. They hijack every thread where Os4 is mentioned and MorphOs threads are dead empties.

Currently they are saying Sam/Os4 users as a idiots.

well actually no it's only the usual suspects really & shouldn't be generalized to all MOS users at all.

what's actually interesting is that post got deleted & the same crap happens time and time again here:confused:

Thats a shame, hopefuly will be worth it later on down the line.

Indeed it is a shame. Even more so when people buy current expensive high end cards that might not have any 3D support for quite a while. By the time the support is here you could get a such a card for peanuts.

I guess however that the graphics card, or the onboard graphics be able to handle everyting else not requiring a 3d graphics card?

Unfortunately the onboard graphics has a maximum resolution of 1280x1024.

Well, to be fair, the HD4650 is hardly "current expensive high end". It's obviously got a lot more poke than the 9250's of this world, but they're old news in the PC market and you can pick them up brand new right now for around 20 quid: http://www.pc-titan.com/product_info.php?currency=GBP&info=p7746_Various-Radeon-HD-4650--512MB-DDR2--VGA--DVI--TV-out.html

Oddly enough, the resolution I use for my A1, though that's more a limitation of my old CRT (1600x1200 doesn't look so hot on it anymore) than the hardware.

What about crossfire 2, word me up xxl, neverball, payback, freespace 1/2, the feeble files, quake

Can anyone tell me for certain if these games will work or not.

CrossFire 2 works on AmigaOS 4 even with the classic version. With the freely downloadable patch for AmigaOS 4 you will have some extras. You just need to set low resolutions for your monitor if you don't have them already (320x240) is not perfect looking for next gen Amiga, but it is classic Amiga game, and good one as well.

Quake works okay on AmigaOS 4. I've test the old blocky version and the GL version that looks much more smoother and nicer.

Thanks, am pleased about crossfire 2. When I get the SAM I hope to buy that along with bubbelsche deluxe and word me up xxl, They should all work with the radeon4650...I hope.

Swamp defence should be out soon.

Are there any other games in the pipeline?
