Working TCP/IP example for Amiblitz2?
« on: January 18, 2006, 10:57:49 PM »

Im wondering if anyone have a working TCP/IP example for Amiblitz2.

Some code where 2 amigas connect, and a value is transferred through the internet is all I need.

After I now have ethernet on my amiga, I am eager to make freeware games that can be played on the internet, and make some of my games playable over internet, ie: "watchNplay", "2Decide" and "Secrecy".

I wanted to join and ask on an Amiblitz2 mailing list, but the Amiblitz site I found only mentioned a german list.

Is there an english Amiblitz2 mailing list?

Hopelessly addicted to the world\'s best strategy game.

AFAIK, the main AmiBlitz mailing list is dead at the moment, no idea what happened.

Anyway, there's some stuff on Aminet that maybe of some use to you..Blitz TCP examples

[Edit] Almost forgot Blitz UDP functions which might be better for games.
