Yep, I'm familiar with the XILINX tools  :-)
(Though personally prefer Altera's QUARTUS. Just a personal opinion, no flames thx folks!)

Busy working on ECS support using Tobi's DE1 port at the moment:

I thought about recompiling MiniMIG to check fit out in Quartus for a Cyclone I; however, between MsxOne boards not being available and the borderline size of the CycloneI, I figured that an estimate would be close enough for the discussion.

Actually the 1ChipMSX -is- available. Just not from ba$ix. I got mine from Japan since a fellow MSX user went there a few months ago :-D

My main concern with this project (getting MiniMig code running on the 1ChipMSX) is reloading the 'old' MSX configuration back into the FPGA without needing one of those FPGA cables.

Would be cool to get it working though. I can play MSX games on my A1200 with AmiMSX2 (although not at full speed) so playing Amiga games on MSX hardware would be pretty neat  ;-)
