Two Workarounds:
1. add a 3-way (on-off-on) manual switch on the place where the jumper is
you can switch between automatic,aga,rtg
on os41 switch form automatic to rtg
2. add my tool "switchhack" to the os41 startup-sequence
it is designed for mos & os4x an activates the rtg-output on the switch
