Title: Save configurations os3.9 WinUAE
Post by: aasmund on July 17, 2004, 12:07:09 PM
First, thanks Thomas for the reply my other thread. Was not so hard :)

But now I get a bit tired of selecting screenmode and so on every time I start OS3.9. Is there any way I can save my adjustments?

Click on Save instead of Use. Make sure the directory Sys:Prefs/Env-Archive is not write protected.

As opposed to Windows on the Amiga it is philosophy not to save anything automatically. So every program has a Use option for temporary changes and a Save option for permanent changes. For Icons and Windows and other movable objects, there is a Snapshot option. Without snapshot, the position is not stored permanently.

Bye,
Thomas
