Title: A3000 repair?

I have a friend's A3000 that had a battery blow up on it.  The Amber circuit might be toast, and Paula/Gary doesn't look too well (bad socket replace job).  I'm looking for someone, somewhere, that can work on it.. not for free of course.  Is there anyone/shops that do this sort of work anymore?
