Centsible?
« on: July 26, 2006, 02:02:53 AM »
Anyone ever order from these guys?  I placed an order for some software a week and some ago, paid, and never heard anything back.  I've emailed them repeatedly and have yet to get an answer - I just want to know the status of my order since I never even got a confirmation from them.

*sigh* .. .no biggie.  I'll file a claim here in a week if I don't hear anything.

Very interesting - I won an A3000 service manual from them in April 2006. The paypal was in the name of G&G Publishing Enterprises (orders@centsible.com). They were very good about communication, confirming receipt of the payment and advising me of the shipment. And it arrived priority mail the same week in great shape. They also responded to later inquiries of mine regarding a 4000 service manual (there is no such thing, I was told).

Keep us informed for future reference. If they've suddenly gone south I'd be wary.

I've bought lots of stuff from these people. Everything has arrived intact. Good communication.

They have a hell of a lot of stuff.. perhaps they are having difficulty finding it. Dunno why no emails.

How long overdue is it? Perhaps they are on holiday?

It's not late yet - I ordered it about 10 days ago.  I just figured if I made some sort of $70 purchase, I'd get something saying "Hey, we're working on it.  Thanks for your order" or something confirming everything is good.  The lack of response to the 2 emails I sent them doesn't make me feel any better either.  I'm just hoping for whatever reason my emails are being caught by a spam filter somewhere and my stuff shows on the door step today.

Bill got back to me and said that he responded to my order originally and was waiting for a reply?  I checked my junk filter but didn't find anything.   Maybe a spam filter took it out?  I dunno...

Hey, stuff came in the mail today with an apology on the delayed shipping.  Looks like all is well.
