For current reasons new computer and more will be occupied with the current legal developments regarding new media, in particular computer games. Just repeating this rumour here, no idea how accurate it is so please treat it with kid gloves:

BPlan originally set this up with 3sat to show the current beta Pegasos and MorphOS platform. A miscommunication happened and 3sat advertised it as a new Amiga hw and sw combination.

Amiga Inc had this pointed out to them and understanderbly contacted bPlan who assured them it was just a mistake and would be rectified.

Nothing happened ( partly due to the holiday in Germany but not entirely ).

Amiga Inc called 3sat and explained that this is not an Amiga, there is currently a legal dispute and could they kindly correct their detail.

Another news item came into 3sat and they decided that it would be best to pull the item because at this point they were thoroughly confused. Pulling the item gave them time to work out what was really going on.

BPlan found out what AInc had done and got a little shirty and the rest is history...

Yeah, i've read that roumer too. It's funny, the lengths some people will go to to stir up fighting in the community. Anyone posting such garbage needs a good kick in the crotch.

Sounds to me like someone walked in and said hey guys, i got the minister of justic to agree to fight it out with a software developer! Lets dump the fluff piece on bplan and put up a real story! I wonder if techtv would dump a spot on bplan if they had one of the supreme court justice's warring it out with say the CEO of nintendo. OF COURSE THEY WOULD! They got bumped off by a politician, simple as that.
