A new effort to make this happening has started here: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=81203

Anyone interested in contributing is very welcome. You can contact me here or at the EAB. It's important that the proposal isn't initiated until there are enough people behind it to give it momentum, otherwise it gets shut down.

Thanks,
Jarlath
