Advantage 2000 SCSI board in an A4000
« on: January 26, 2004, 10:11:00 AM »
Got an Advantage 2000 on eBay as my old Rapidfire SCSI board in my A4000 had stopped working.  The Advantage board was supposed to work in an A4000 but I can't get HDToolbox to see it.  I've tried the Shell command line approach but suspect that I need to use some variation of scsi.device to bring up the board.  Anyone with experience with the Advantage 2000 board out there?  Any ideas why my Rapidfire stopped working?   Is there a special scsi.device name for it as well?   Thanks.
