Amigasys - using the HDF file

I've installed E-UAE no problem and have a directory with WB/Extras etc installed but I haven't a clue what to do with the Amigasys HDF file.

I'm assuming I do something with it from within workbench but thats as far as i've got. Can someone give me a quick heads up on what i'm supposed to do with it?

I've put these 2 lines into .uaerc

hardfile2=rw,Dh0:/media/work/skyraker/amiga/System/AmigaSYS3PlusEUAE.hdf,32,1,2,512,0,
hardfile=rw,32,1,2,512,media/work/skyraker/amiga/System/AmigaSYS3PlusEUAE.hdf  

The image doesn't show up on workbench and I get a not a dos disk from shell.

Also it doesn't save it's config on exit.
