Thanks Thomas,
I have used the suggested method of stting up the prefs on the Amiga side & can get things to print from Opus only after you go out of the emulation then the printer will start printing ie back on the window side. Any suggestions? I am using a Panasonic KXP2180 printer.
Thanks hugh

This is a bug in WinXP. Check the Amiga Programs folder, there should be something like WinXPPrintHelper or so. Also check WinUAE's GUI (press F12). There should be a button to start printing somewhere.

Thanks the "flush print job" sends it to the printer. Any idea how to trigger the "auto flush" facilities to work?

Do you really live in the "Cook Islands"? :-o
Just looked it up on Wikipedia... Don't think there will be that many amigans there... :-P

Yes I live in the Cook Islands in the South Pacific. Have had Amiga 2000 3000 & have settled on A1200's. Using Amiga Forever emulation but had never been able to get the print facility to work. Making some progress with Thomas help.Look up www.oyster.net.ck It has it down size petrol is NZD2.3 per litre power up to .76c per KwHr.

Hi Thomas,
We have another problem. We use SuperbasePro4 when we display to the screen all is OK, when we print to the native Amiga all is OK. When we print using the emulation SuperBase hangs up. If we send it to a file it strips the position codes but will print, but not in the correct layout. It appears not to like the emulation. Any suggestions? Thanks

Sorry, no idea. Did you try all the tips of the link above ? Especially the last two ?
Bye,
Thomas

Yes we tried the tips & can get things to the printer OK, its the layout & it looks like a compatablity isue between Superbase & the emulation. Thanks
