CD0: Fast ata and Power Flyer Problems - Help!!!
« on: November 13, 2002, 09:26:35 AM »
Help!

I recently upgraded my machine (A1200T)
with a Power Flyer containing the Fast ATA software.

Trouble is that although I can access the CD rom Drive, play music and
pop videos/copy files from drive etc, Second Spin no longer finds the
drive. Same with Make CD and Frogger/AMP when trying to play VideoCD
fprmat CD's

Has anyone here had the same problem? if so please help.

Many Thanks

YNWA!

Use scsi.device, did you use idefix before and have your programs looking for atapi.device ?

Sorry, I should have added that I had used IDEFIX before,
however on the CD0 Icon information (and within the parameters) the
device used is scsi.device unit 1

Second spin doesn't care what you are using it only looks for CD0:

I'm really stuck here. My most treasured program is second spin and I
miss that a lot. :-)
