The screenshots I'm looking at for the Rambo game look like top-down. I think this is it, but I'd need to hear the maddening music to be sure!

I don't recall having played many top-down view games. I remember Rambo III, It Came from the Desert, Cannon Fodder, Chaos Engine, and... ? There are probably a few more but I don't remember right now.
