Sorry to be a pessimist, but these threads appear every couple of months...    "Earth to pieman, Earth to pieman..."

It's not against the law to dream.. The reason i picked up my 1200 again wasn't because i saw a revolution coming, but because i love the thing. I'f i knew more than i know about programming i would start porting games right away..

I just thought i would be nice to share some dreams.. :-P

if porting to AmigaOne, I'd choose "MAGIC CARPET 2"
and I'd like to see "The Incredible Machine" running on 'classic' Amigas.
Better sorry than worry.

Really doesn't matter.. Most of the games listed here would have a REALLY hard time running on a 060 though.

However, Settlers II, Theme Hospital and Broken Sword I & II could run on an 060, soundcard, picasso96 or Cybergraphx.

The entire Shining Force Series

including Shining In the Darkness, Shining Force 1 and 2, Shining Force Gaiden 1, 2, 3: Final Conflict; Shining Wisdom, Shining the Holy Ark, and Shining Force III Scenarios 1, 2, and 3.

All in english of corse.

As You might have guessed, I am a Shining Force Fanatic. I am a member of ShiningForceCentral.com and ShiningSource.org, and am attempting to make a game.

hei leifern:

Broken Sword 1+2 is allready playable on Amiga with ScummVM and the performance is good too.

Little Big Adventure 1+2 has turned opensource some time ago (or something) and its on sourceforge and the project is called relentless iirc so that one too is fully portable to Amiga if so.

Whats up with all the hate!

Frontier: First Encounters is a good start.
I'd also like to see stuff like Star Control II, The Sims etc.

I know this is an oldie but, there was a game called Castles of Dr. Creep for the C64/128. If that game could get all new updated graphics and ported to the Classic Amiga, that would rock!

I would really like an Amiga version of Nemesis The Warlock, with improved graphics and sound. I enjoyed that one big time on the C64.
