Yeah the service from AmigaKit is excellent, they will even try to source parts on request that they don’t normally carry.

I've been 100% satisfied with all the purchases I've made from them and like you the first time I couldn’t believe how fast the goods were delivered. As a result I would defiantly purchase from them again over pretty much any of the other online Amiga stores.

I placed an order with Amigakit.com on August 25th,
it still hasn't arrived. I've sent several emails,
no response, sent mail from their web site, no
response. Any suggestion's on what to do next?

Did the item(s) page have the in-stock graphic at the top?

Bob I received 2 emails from you and replied twice imemdiately.  Whay are you not receiving my email?

Email 1: sent on 01/09/05
Email 2: sent on 03/09/05

Your parcel has been sent from here on 27/08/05 to the US.

EDIT: I have now phoned Bob in the US and explained that the parcel is en-route.  It has been 10 days since it left here so I expect it will be with him soon.

No emails from Amigakit.com in my box this morning
so I emailed my IP to see if some type of filtering
has been turned on. I sure appreciate the phone call.
Nothing beats that kind of "personal touch" If you
tried email my alternate address, that didn't work
either so the problem is probably on my end. I'll
let you know as soon as my IP answers. Thanks again
for the phone call. Calling the U.S. from the U.K.
voice was something that a person that really cares
does.

No problem - call our US phone number (leave a message) and I'll get back to you if you need to talk.

Lets hope that parcel doesn't take too long...

My IP told me they are reconfiguring spam filters
and your domain couldn't send anything, but that
has been corrected. He said they put your domain
on a "white list" so this cant happen again.
Also, that parcel arrived today! Next time I'll be
more patient. Sorry about the mixup with my IP.
I'll send you some email to make sure you can
recieve it and I do recieve the response. Thanks
for your patience and extra effort to clear
things up.

That's great news :-) Im glad the parcel arrived safely- 11 days to the US

Why did your ISP put our emails on a black list?! Very odd..

Thanks for your custom, Bob!

A very good question. I didn't know IP's did this.
It make's me wonder if there's a web site out there
somewhere with a database of blacklisted dealers
and or users.

Positive feedback from myself also. I ordered an A1200 keyboard yesterday and it arrived this morning. How is that for speed? I will be using Amigakit.com again.

Keep up the good work!

Ditto for AmigaKit! They promptly email after you order, then after they process your order, then again when it is shipped. That is good customer service! I love my Catweasel MKIV I bought from them a couple months ago. Now if only I can just get an Amiga mouse to work on this board. And yes, I have the latest drivers loaded on my XP Pro motherboard installed in my A2000HD case. :D

They do. I ordered something and had a bad address, the pkg returned to them, and they sent it back to me w/o charges, when it was in fact MY mistake. All this w/ constant support, both email and phone (THEY phoned me!). Honest and fast, they totally rule. Also their website is one of the better done, ernonomy-wise. The *only* complain one cam make is that they are not cheap, (currently the most expensive XSurf3cc available), but then again, if it comes with that quality of service it's definitely worth it. I support them, you guys rule.
