Does Cloanto ship Amiga Forever?

I ordered Amiga Forever 2006 (top one with DVDs) from Cloanto on September 24th, was given a license and link to download the software while I waited for the package to arrive.

I have yet to receive notification of it shipping. I'm beginning to doubt I'm going to receive what I purchased. I wrote Cloanto asking for the status of my order, but haven't received a reply in 4 days.

Has anyone successfully ordred Amiga Forever direct from Cloanto and has received it? If so, what was the time it took for it to reach you? Were you ever successful in contacting Cloanto, getting a tracking number for the shipment etc.?

Thanks guys. I'm worried.

I've just written a message to ShareIT.com which had a form for writing an inquiry about unshipped product. We'll see if I can get some information from them.

Dumb question, did you order the download version or the retail box version?

AFAIK it took quite long before I received it too, when I was living in Norway last winter. Might have been around the 2 month mark.

hi, yeah i recently ordered the top boxed version with the dvds and cd, i remember it took about 10 working days to get to me in australia, are you sure you did not buy the download version?

I ordered the Premium edition Sept 9 2006, shortly before your order. I don't recall getting a shipment notice, but I was also confused at the time and thought I'd be getting a download for more than the "plus" installer. I've since received the physical packaging, and I live in USA. It took a few weeks to get here, as one would expect from Europe, but it did get here.

I would not worry, Colanto has always been very reliable for me.  I have purchased direct from them several times and never had any trouble.  Might take a few more days, but I am sure you will get what you paid for.

UPDATE

ShareIT contacted Cloanto on my behalf, and Cloanto contacted me personally, apologizing. They couldn't confirm if the product had been shipped yet or not, but they promised a second attempt would be made immediately.

So, I'll wait two weeks and see if the second attempt is successful.
