Howabout a CH / Travel forum?

I'm sure I'm not the only backpacker on amiga.org.  I've now seen a few travel-related threads appear in CH/General... and I'd really like to see a travel forum in the coffee house too.

A CH travel forum would be great. I've seen some travel-related threads in CH/General too, I've even posted one.

Perhaps Travel is a little too specialised. Maybe Travel and Leisure?

(Edit: On second thought, maybe not. Leisure is too close to entertainment, which we already have.)

Hrmmm... obviously the hoards of backpackers are out backpacking or something.  I still like the idea of the forum though...

If "CH / Travel" is too narrow a topic then howabout "CH / Travel & Destinations"?  This could cover travelling as well as cities, countries, tourist hotspots, etc...

Definitely, definitely, definitely.

I am really interested in this idea, although I would be a little hesitant as I'm not sure about the relevance and how interested other users would be.
I consider myself an 'internationalist', and am always keen to hear about other places, even if I don't plan to travel there in the foreseeable future.

By the way, thorntree.lonelyplanet.com (IIRC) is a great travellers' message board.

P.S. Are there any Lithuanians or Estonians that view this board? I'm moving to Vilnius in three weeks and then going to Estonia before the winter...

Regards
I like Amigas

Well, I haven't been anywhere other than the Canary Islands. And Germany this one time. And Holland, by accident.

So I'd certainly read it, though I doubt I could contribute much. :-)
