Demobase Amiga
« on: July 23, 2010, 10:06:19 PM »
Hello All,

I want to introduce something to you all.....

Demobase Amiga!

I am working with Gamebase to create a extensive database
of Amiga demos .

I am working on this for a few years now and it's starting to be something
really nice so i hope when i release V1 that youre all going to love seeing
all these demos from our younger years.

I want to thank many folks that created these demos, intros, slideshows, musicdisks etc for this great machine !.

I just want to give something back to all the hard working Amiga sceners
from all these years.

It's my way of saying.....THANK YOU ! :)

So if you would like to see all of this and enjoy Amiga demos with one
click ....be patient.

I'm still hoping i will get some help in the near future, some people have helped me in some way and i am very thankfull for that.

At the moment i am working alone on this MEGA project

Here is a screen shot.

Yeah, in Winuae

Winuae works in Gamebase so it's perfect to run Amiga demos.
There are still quite some demos that dont work in emulation ,true.
But... MOST demos work and that is a good start i think.

I could use some help though ,with these NOT working demos.
There are also 400+ HD-only demos,Whdload Demos would be a nice
option,,,,:)

I never enjoyed watching Amiga demos on a pc. Be it emulated or from youtube. I prefer watching them on the real thing. Nevertheless, a good effort. Im sure a lot of people will enjoy.
