40 gig HD
« on: February 23, 2008, 02:07:50 PM »
Hi all,
My wife got my a nice 40gig HD 7200rpm for Christmas idea being to use it on the Playstation 2.

Any ways up, I got fed up of what I had so I used it on my Amiga instead.
I was nicely surprised at how fast it is compared to the last one at 5400 rpm
For some reason I had a few problems with the old drive, but since I used this one the problems have completely gone.

I expect one day I may go to 80gig eh!

Mike. :-)

I hope you're using a device and filesystem which can use that sized drive safely :-)
