Title: pci wireless cards

Did anyone ever figure out how to get wireless pci cards to work in an amiga towered set up or even wrote drivers?  I got one in my mediator but who knows if elbox will ever support such products.  BTW it is a linksys wireless g powered up, sitting.....wwaiting...... Anyone??? :-?

check out prism2 (http://aminet.net/hard/drivr/prism2.lha) on aminet. The docs have a list of supported cards and a link to a site with more info on supported cards. But I don't know if Mediator is supported, IIRC there was some support for it on openpci sometime ago...

Prism2.device only support PCMCIA cards in classic Amigas, and PCI cards in Prometheus-equipped classic Amigas. No Mediator support.

Ok, I stand corrected then, I thought it supported the Prometheus through OpenPCI...

Probably not, but just out of curiosity has anyone tried to get to to work with G-Rex and a PCI card?

That'd be something neat for me to try.

I'm thinking that we need a separate program and the driver to work with the mediator.  Kind of like the tv card programs and drivers although I never got that going either!! :-D
