Hmmmmm..... I prefer the friendly, welcoming and direct help approach myself. But a web search could also be useful.

However, I wasn't impressed yesterday when I asked a Policeman for directions and he replied "Go over the lights, turn left, up the alley, under the bridge, across the road and you'll come to a Newsagent that sells maps" :egad:

Web searches are always useful but the friendly approach complements nicely.
