a500 030 whdownload questions

well spent the day puttin my amiga 500 back together reinstalling  2.04
etc...finalley worked out how whdownload  sorta works ..started up one game  played pinball bout 20 mins ..then it  exits out ...had a couple goes
to get goin only  got 5 mins or so ..now i get a error ..cannot find prot ?
thinkin  my installin  playin around  has corrupted something ..ideas?
an how do you register  this whdownload  from australia ?? ..probably end up resetting it up  so any ideas on reinstalling is  appreciated ..
a500  50meg external harddrive ecs 2 meg chip/2 meg fast ..networked to
my old  laptop for a usb cdrom ..whdownload is version 16.8

whdownload is the name of the website. name of the software is whdload. you can register from official page (payment by paypal). they'll send you a key file. put it into your s: directory.

edit : what kind of TCP/IP stack are you using to network your miggy ? whdload doesn't like TCP/IP stack running, so that maybe a reason why your machine resets.

Another source of incompatibility with whdload, is an Amiga USB stack, that is if you are using one.
