The focus of this hackathon is on accepting credit card payments.
Something like: "Everyone know how easy it is to pay with a credit card. But, have you ever wondered what happens when you start accepting payments on your business"?

In Brazil we have some "specificities". For instance:
1) You receive 100 USD. Discount fee is, 2%. You'll only receive the 98 USD in D+x (x days after the purchase). Normally >30 days.
For every different card association (VISA/MC/some local ones) there's a different payout schedule.
And, of course, you can have installments. You sell 100 USD in 3 installments for the cardholder. You'll receive 98/3 each month: 32,66 USD in D+30, D+60, D+90. Sometimes there's a different discount fee if you receive in installments.

The cash flow becomes really complex for just a couple of transactions...

Anyway, Brazilian Amiga coders??

*PS* Haven't found any other FORUM section more suitable than this one for this announcement. If someone thinks different, please fell free to remove and/or move the post.
