Title: Breathless - Copyprotection sheet

Hi Friends

I just bought Breathless on ebay. Everything works great, except, that seller forgot to send the sheet of paper, with the codes on. So my question is, does anyone have it or know where I can find it?

Fantastic game! I really enjoyed playing it. It ran surprisingly well on my 040 A1200 back in the day. It was also one of the few games I have completed without cheating ;)

Actually having it scanned, just for keeping it safe :) As the original started to show it's age, now it's much easier to read.
