« on: December 16, 2002, 07:35:19 AM »

Basically this :

can I get an internal IDE zip drive and install into A4000 to recover files on Amiga formatted disks, or maybe a driver for my P.C (P.iece of C.rap) to read amiga disks - this is an emergency..

PC cannot read Zip disks unless they are formatted with PC format (e.g. worked with CrossDOS or FAT95 on the Amiga).

Of course you can connect any SCSI or IDE (or USB) Zip drive to your Amiga and read your Zip disks.

Bye,
Thomas

They`re usually quite reliably...
the zip drive can connect directly to the Amigas IDE interface.
