I ordered something from them in August and received it. Then I found I didn't need it and arranged to
send it back, which I did on Sept. 8th.
They have not acknowledged receiving it and do not respond to my inquiries asking about posting
a credit to my account (I would like to order something from them). I've even called them.
Has anyone else had problems with them, especially with returns?

Hi, the credit is applied already on your account- our server sent you an email confirming this. You can apply this against the new item you wish to purchase. Contact our Support for details (not sales). Thanks

Thank you. It's too bad I had to complain in a public forum to get this response.
I never got the messag from your server; FYI, just now t logged in and see no credit in
the Cart or My Account.

Im still waiting for two orders..no emails. Just says pending on the web page....
And I never receive emails and they don't get sorted to spam files...
-
....and the next day I got emails saying my order was shipped! Thanks Matthew!

It's now three weeks since my last post and I just visited the AmigaKit website again.
STILL no indication that my return has been credited to my account (nor did I ever receive
a notification to this effect from their server).

Hello , i ordered some stuff from Amigakit about 2 months ago , and received it.Nowadays with Brexit and local Greek customs,we are going to have delivery problems, but truth to be told is that the total experience is good.

@garyg
Communicating with AmigaKit is always a bit hit and miss. I guess it is because they are very busy and have a lot resting on their shoulders.
I hope to have a CD32 compatible Joystick Switcher (or two) one day as the product is listed on their website (Ref: JOYMSESW2) and I've been told by them that they have the unpopulated boards but it's over a year since I enquired about the product's availability going forwards and it just seems to sit on the back-burner forever! :-(
I'm just paranoid about burning out my CIA chips at an Amiga meeting by hot swapping CD32 pads and mice! I hope to have their availability firmed up someday and to have some assurance that they'd contact me if they did become available. Still waiting. :-(

When I changed ISP I decided to use a webmail account, so I should never need to update my email address online again - in theory.
In practice I had no luck receiving emails from AmigaKit until I had added their domain to whitelists in the webmail settings first. Since then it’s been fine. But I’ve had the exact same problem with almost all my retro-related websites - including this one.
It’s a right pain in the arse and there’s not a lot AnigaKit can do about that.

Yes they can, they need to fix the SPF and DMARC settings for their domains.
