Animated Film made on Amiga A1200 in 1997

Hi All,
 
This is my first post here. In 1997 a friend and I made an animated film on A1200's that was shown on Central TV. At the weekend I found an AmigaGuide I wrote at the time (almost like a diary) on the making of. I decided it was time to post the film on YouTube. Although I find the film quite primitive and difficult to watch now it reminds me of very good times with the Amiga

Wasn't it released on some mag CD -at least the the beginning? I think I saw all the short clips in Aminet.

Zipper - Yes there was an article in Amiga Format and some clips on the Cover CD. I think I did put some clips on Aminet. It's a long time ago now

That's fantastic.  Holds up perfectly today.  But the actual drawing must have been done on paper and assembled/scanned into an A1200, eh?

That's some of the nicest Amiga animation I've seen.

What software was used?  How was the A1200 configured?

Thanks ral-clan. Yes, we had a flatbed scanner. One of the cheapest at the time at just over £500!!

I remember reading about this in Amiga Format, that art style is very memorable. I love the whole piece, great work! I used to make animations and video presentations on my Amiga back in the 90s a lot, one time I animated a very simple cartoon for a high school geology project about volcanos, but this is really professional compared to what I made. It makes me feel nostalgic for the time when if you had an Amiga you were capable of creating anything you dreamed of.

I remember seeing clips of this film on various Amiga Format CD's as well, but I have never seen the finished product before.
