1200T issues-Solved

finally getting around to get my 1200T back up now that I've got my Mediator back up again (thanks drewlio!) & so far so good; however, here's a few issues:

1- when setting up my Spider2 USB card Port  2 installs fine but 1 and 0 cause immediate system reset?? tried removing the card and placing in other pci slots but no difference.  also tried reinstalling Poseidon v4.4 and also fat95 but same issue??

2- not really an issue as the system seems stable but my fast ram is reporting 258 MB when my Radeonn9200 has 256MB and my Apollo 060 has 32MB so total should be close to 288MB as this is what I had last time my 1200T was up (mind you with another HDO)

Have you tried running SysInfo or some other tool that identifies where the ram is located?  Sure the memory on your Apollo is working, still?

I think there's an upgrade to Poseidon, 4.5, not sure what the changelog is or if it's only for Rapid Road owners, but might help?

update: ah gotta love having some time to mess with my miggies on holidays :-)

tonight I solved m y Spider2 USB poroblem of it not seeing ports 0 and 1 by going back to pci.library v9.9, all ports working fine now:)

In the MedConfig tool, how much RAM did you allow from graphics vs. system Fast RAM (i.e., 256 - 1 MB buffer - 32 MB Graphics = 223 MB, then add Apollo RAM of 32 MB = 255 MB)

yes that makes sense I actually now have 258,165,504 Fast ram with my pci.library issue solved
