directory opus question

anyone  can tell me  why  with  no changes  to  my a1200  ..when i open directory  opus(vers4)  i get black screen  and  monitor  gives a resolution error  then shuts  down ...a1200  works  fine for everything  else  ..and i havent changed a thing  ...i have a indivision card  ..i have  added  more monitor  choices but  only  pal  is selected ..
A500 3.1/8meg/2gigscsi ...wants a 040
CD32/SX1/FMV/FLASHDRIVE/  wants sx32pro
A1200  os3.5 030/50/fpu/mmu/2flashdrives/cd/   indivision coming ..............wants a ppc/060  ACCEL :laughing:

quick follow up  ..i shouldve  checked i guess  ..i removed  all monitor  drivers back to storage  only having  pal in devs/monitors and opus  opened up fine...but  why would it do that  when my prefs  is pal ??

When in black screen, use lamiga+m to switch back to a working screen, and then pull it down to see your DOpus. Maybe it runs on strange mode because you have a mode promoter running, like modepro?
