Title: Subwar 2050
Post by: runequester on September 18, 2011, 06:13:09 AM
An old fave of mine, though I never got all that good at it. I enjoy sim games that are on the lighter side, the music is great, and the oppressive underwater atmosphere is wicked.

Just an overall enjoyable "light sim" game, that I dont think get nearly enough talk.

I have to try it someday. Is it true that the Amiga version lacks the textures of the PC version?

I never played the PC version but Im sure they were different. There's quite a few settings to tweak for detail levels. On the high setting, it looks similar to better flight sims or Frontier Elite 2 I think. I kinda like that polygon look, so it's all good to me.

Like I said, I reallyenjoy the music.
