« on: March 03, 2003, 11:38:25 PM »
Are there any patches for using the mouse wheel with the above combination?
I've a Logitech USB mouse, WinUAE 0.8.22 r5 and OS3.9

There are several on Aminet - FreeWheel, MUIWheel, FreeMouse come to mind.

Most people seem to have more luck with MUIWheel. I haven't had any luck with any of them using a Thylacine USB card on my 4000.

@John

Freewheel is a good one to use under WinUAE/3.9.

@TonyW
Cheers MUIWheel works great in IBrowse.
@Paul_Gadd
Freewheel is excellent, love the click mousewheel to scroll through screens, very handy, though it clashes with MagicMenu :~(

Disable muiwheel and also the muiwheel options in muiprefs, this causes crashes as you have seen.

Freewheel can handle most mui applications, if you contact the author (which i did last week) he send you an update of the driver and freewheel program.

Mines working great with Ibrowse, and i using a logitech trackball

@jumpship

Yeah, it`s horrible. Shame I had to condense it for the avatar, because the full size version is  really awful.
