All the three tunes from Onslaught
Turrican 1-2-3
Bionic Commando
Led Storm title music
Shadow of the Beast 1-2-3
Unreal - the flight sequence tune
Gauntlet 3 main tune (one of the best pieces of Tim Follin, it sounds a lot like a Genesis piece)

AmigaOne XE - AmigaOS 4.1 - Freescale 7457 1GHz - 1GB ram

That Lotus III track is pretty cool, it fits in with the atmospheric first level quite well too.....

Does anyone know where I can get hold of the Lotus III .mod files?

I liked one or two of the tracks for XJ220 as well, but I cannot remember the titles.

Personally, my favourites are Turrican I & II, Shadow of the Beast, Nebulus (although far too short) and the title track for Alien Breed '92.

Yeah, exactly find the tunes you want at Exotica.. If you cannot find what you want I can send it to ya or upload it somewhere. Just request! I have for example all the tunes for Lotus III sitting right here. But I think I got them from Exotica in the first place..

Well there were lots of great ones, but if I was going remix any game song into a modern metal tune  :-D , then it would be the Hybris music, both the title and game music :)  Just love that screaming  guitar type lead and the music itself is really well put together!

Close second, Stormlord title music :)

Oh, and the Batman: The Movie music for the Cathedral level (and the Jogeir Liljedahl remix, I think I got his name right) were really cool too  :-)

What?  Nobody said "Awesome" yet?

That, and Killing Game Show, Leander, Globdule, Infestation, Log!cal, Turrican2, Stardust...

...and of course, Olof Gustafsson (of DIgital Illustions pinball fame) for the best game music I've heard until Unreal Tournament came around.   :-D

I loved the music from Shadow of the Beast I and II.  I also liked all of the music in the game Gods (except for the title track, I thaught it sucked).  The music in Ultima VI was also very well done, especially the music Stones.  The title track in Sword of Sodan is good too.  And I just love the title track in Goldrunner!  I am now working on converting all of this great Amiga game music to MP3 and Wave format on my Pentium 4 PC.  I feel that more people should enjoy this great music other than us Amiga lovers.    :-D

That would have to be the fast techno/trance track in the "death planet" in-game in Slam Tilt.

Too many to choose from, so I'll say this...

(How do you quickly input foreign characters into Windex PCs?  I only know how to get Amiga and Mac OSes to do it direct from the keyboard without memorising ASCII codes.)

1. Byorne A. Lynne (Cubulus, Tranze Seven [once upon a time my 'Organiser' alarm clock], esp.)
2. Chris Hulsbeck (Turrican 1 & 2, Quik&Silva, esp.)
3. Alistar Brimble (My copy of 'Bang... Tick, Tick' was stolen, along with the rest of my CD collection.  Pirating's one thing, but stealing from the end-purchaser?)
4. Jon Hare
5. David Whittaker (Bomb the Bass, Nation XII remixes)
6. Audiomonster (actual name escapes me at the moment, might go look it up.  'Flashback' title, 'Street Gang'.)

But my favourite: 'Cannon Fodder' title.

Why?  After hearing it a few times I decided I wanted it in my collection.  So, I loaded my Chip RAM into 'AudioMaster' after a reset, nicked the samples and used ProTracker (and about 20 resets to listen to the original) to recreate it.  I think I ended up with about 1 mistake (toward the end in the really mixed-up section) compared to the original MED module which someone gave me the following week at an Amiga Group (WAG/NECC) meeting.

Taught me a lot about producing, though, makes Acid (PC) feel dumbed-down.
