Boing Ball Christmas ornaments ;)
« on: November 24, 2015, 06:28:40 PM »
Well hey, look at this email I just got.  I had no idea I was even on their mailing list?  Looks like Software Hut is doing more than just selling old stock on an ebay store.  ;)  Cheers!  :)

Oh, and here was the link from the bottom of the email:  https://w9423.wufoo.com/forms/software-hut-boing-ball-ornament-order-form/

I don't even have a Christmas tree, but if I do get the "Charlie Brown Christmas tree" that I was joking about getting, I might have to hang one of these on it.  ;)

Over the holidays I met with my original Amiga dealer, who I have not seen in about 20 years. They have a tradition now of decorating their home with dozens of Christmas trees and wreaths, and they open their house one day each year, accepting donations for local charities.
It was great seeing old friends, but among all their decorations, the Amiga was not represented.
I placed an order with SoftHut as soon as we got back home. A few days later they mailed me a photo of the BoingBall ornament hanging proudly front and center on one of the bigger trees on display.
Thanks Joe! These people are not Amiga dealers any more, but they are some of the first great friendships I have made in the name of "Amiga".
