I don't know how they can get away with putting all these adf's online.

At first I thought they were just trying to provide a protected method of accessing the games, but they provide direct links to the ADF to download.

I notice they're using the AROS Kickstart, so somebody is trying to be at least a little bit careful..

They get away with it because nobody has tried to stop them yet. Although they do tend to take things down if asked.
