Whoo hoo... after a ruddy long, long day trying to talk to Sky's so called help centre which has now moved from Livingston to either India or Pakistan and where I couldn't understand what any of the three people I tried to speak to were saying and they couldn't understand a dicky bird I was saying, I finally got through to their HQ in London and after many heated words I've got a nice new IP that isn't on the banned list...
Things are working all hunkey dorey now and the site seems a lot more responsive than it has been in ages after yesterdays 100,000 mile service...
PS: Why do these customer service places that move to India or Pakistan have folk who answer the phone in their strong native accent and say "Hello my names Hamish" and "Ok hang on while I pass you onto Duncan"... aye right and my names Abdul... :rolleyes:
