So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Very impressed with all the stuff you've done. Enjoy your break! Maybe when you come back we'll all have fpga systems and be able to play your games above 200 mips :)

That's a shame, as you're one of the most knowledgeable and level-headed posters on here...

But I get where you're coming from: I was in the same place a few years ago and as we grow up, our priorities change.

I sold all of my Amiga gear (although I might be interested in you A1200 - are you in Melbourne? :-)) and now use WinUAE whenever I feel the need for a nostalgia-fix.

Thanks again for all you work and time!

Cheers,

Mike.

See ya NovaCoder. Seems sad your selling up as we'll never see the Amiga's like again. Computing was new and fun in the 80s and the Amiga really did bring arcade graphics to the home for the first time. I will be sharing my 'miggys with the next generation. No iPad rubbish for my little one. At 2 years old, she already loves Rainbow Islands and Deluxe Pacman and yet she hasn't get used to the CD32 direction pad yet! She thumps that red button like a trooper though ;-)

I think I died a little inside!

I'll re-ask the same question, is the source available for your ports?  Eventually I'll get around to coding for the Amiga (been wanting to for years, but real life keeps getting in the way).

You've been a great supporter of the Amiga, and I'm thinking karma will probably give you some returns!

Thanks, and I know you'll be back... they always come back.... muahahaha.

Sad to see you go, I've still got your old 060 card. It's still going strong.

Hopefully you will be back, so many good ports. :)

Thanks for all NovaCoder. You are an AmigaHero. It´s sad but It´s your life.
I´m sure I´ll see you with an Amiga+FPGA doing your magic soon.

As you know Nova, I've been going through the same motions. I am keeping in touch with Amiga NG (in it's more affordable incarnations), but have sold most of my old Amiga gear.
That being said, when a high end FPGA solution becomes available, I'll be back with enthusiasm and still intend to take on your Odamex port and see what I can do with it. In the mean time, I still gotta finish up my other video game project and of course keep real life and my other hobbies in interest as well. :)

Enjoy your time off and thank you for paving so much new ground in Amiga land!
