A new bounty has been submitted to power2people.org today:
http://www.power2people.org/bounty_054.html
While this is primarily targeted towards AROS, the other AMIGA (-like) platforms may benefit aswell, such as MorphOS which will have Powerbook support soon. Everyone is encouraged to help with a small donation. Thank you very much.

Cool bounty!

Very cool, when salary arrives, it'll get a donation for sure!

Just added my bit! I need this wifi support as poseidon isn't working in my PC (recognises my usb pendrives and card-readers, but won't even read anything from them due to some fat-handler error) so my AROS was a bit isolated from the rest of the world! ^_^'

I hope that "as specified in IEEE 802.11i" also includes IEEE 802.1X, TKIP and CCMP for authentication in "enterprise" networks.
This bounty is quite a task though, involving heaploads of protocols (http://web.archive.org/web/20071209045205/www.wifipedia.org/print.cgi), lots of crappy hardware, closed chipsets and whatnot.

hey! there's a interesting update (http://aros-exec.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?post_id=36329#forumpost36329) about this bounty! Terminills from AROS-EXEC has decided to help this bounty until it reach $2000 starting from Jan 27th. So maybe it will a good time to donate.
