Piracy?
Nah man, I'm just helping out by keeping a local copy for archival purposes (he says, while he fumbles to wget all the archives)
I used to love Bamiga Sector One cracktros.

Piracy?
To quote the site "It's about preservation today, not so much about piracy anymore."
I do not condone piracy when it hurts the community, which I don't see how sharing old Amiga stuff hurts anyone.
I still have not had any time to start making disks from the Bamiga images. Sooooon :-)

kudos to the guys that archived those 12,000 + disks:hammer: I'm sure lots of :pint:were consumed during the archival process:D

I guess it wouldn't surprise anyone here to know that I have over 13000 Amiga disks and last week in the snow we had here I spent the day transferring my Amiga archive from one PC to another to safeguard the contents. I've got adf copies of pretty much it all.
My last disk entries are...
13297: SupraRam Software Supra Corporation 1990
13298: Datel Electronics Amiga Tablet Software
13299: MicroDeal Amiga Pro-Midi Interface - Public Domain Programs
13300: DAaTA Scan PandAAL Software
13301: StereoMaster MicroDeal Amiga 1991
And I actually have all those floppies.... not digital copies. Actual disks. And that is not counting the hundreds of CDs I have and archived other software.
Just saying.

I don't know how you guys have time for all this. I barely have time to turn on my Amiga most weeks. :( :(
Retirement can't come soon enough!

I hear you on that one Mike!
Despite all of the so called "productivity" tools that I have at my disposal, it seems like I get less done and do less of the interesting things that I'd really like to do.

We didn't crack them ourselves, if you still think it's 1992 ... blame the crackers, not us.
It's not 1992 anymore? :(
And there's me playing 2 unlimited on the stereo :(
